Shipping Information
Core uniform items that are pre-embellished and do not require additional embellishments will ship as follows:
FedEx Overnight shipments will be made the same day if order is received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
FedEx Ground shipments will be made same day if order is received by 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Items requiring any additional embellishments will require 3-5 business days to process the embellishment(s) prior to shipment.
The cut-off times are as follows for same day shipping:
- 5:00 p.m. Eastern / 2:00 p.m. Pacific for air shipments on pre-embellished items
- 7:00 p.m. Eastern / 4:00 p.m. Pacific for ground shipments on pre-embellished items
- 24 hour turnaround to ship stock product
- 72 hour turnaround to ship items requiring personalization
You should expect an extended delivery date when:
- Merchandise requires personalization
- Merchandise is of an irregular size or weight that doesn’t allow for air delivery
- Shipment is destined for a US Territory or Possession, a Foreign Nation or Canadian Province
- The transaction is for a restricted item and or restricted destination requiring a US Government authorized export license for shipment
All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground service unless specifically requested in accordance with instructions received from your Purchasing Department, or from your Branch Manager. Orders shipped via FedEx Overnight service will incur an additional charge.
If you need your order sooner than FedEx Ground service, you can specify FedEx Overnight (additional charges apply, see below). For these services, orders must be received by 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are processed on the next business day. Fast delivery requires you to supply us with a street address for shipping; using a P.O. Box address may delay your order.
Important note regarding delivery of hazardous materials: The shipping of hazardous materials is heavily regulated. If your order contains these items (including pepper spray, flares, etc;), they will be shipped FedEx Ground regardless of the delivery method selected at Checkout.

The sales tax applied to your Securitas purchase is determined according to state and local laws and regulations. The specific tax rate is based upon the shipped from and shipped to information in your specific order. Current technical considerations will require you to reference the actual tax amount on the invoice sent following shipment.
