 Merchandise Return Policy

Uniforms

Returns will be accepted on new/unused Core Uniform items for a period of 60 days after shipment provided the garments are still in original packaging.

Exceptions:

•    All garments that have unique state required emblems or embroidery applied.
•    Garments that have unique location, branch office or customer required identification
•    Trouser that have been hemmed
•    Garments that have had alternations
•    Used or worn garments

Garments that are damaged or defective due to workmanship can be returned for replacement within 60 days of receipt.  


Hard Goods


Returns will be accepted on new/unused hard goods for a period of 60 days after shipment provide the item(s) are still in original packaging.

Items ordered that are found to be damaged upon receipt or defective may be returned within 60 days of receipt provided is still in its original packaging.

Custom or specially manufactured, personalized, modified or altered merchandise is not subject to exchange or return, except in the event of defect in materials or workmanship. In such event, Galls will replace, repair or issue refund at its discretion.

  
  Merchandise Return Instructions

Only new/unused uniform items returned in original condition and in original packaging with packing slip are eligible for return.

To receive full credit on returns, the following steps must be taken:

•    Garments returned in original condition and in original packaging with Packing Slip. For Returns Form, click here.
•    Returned within 60 days of original ship date on invoice
•    Include the line number and item number in the Item Number column. The line number can be found in Order Details under Order History.
•    Place copy of Packing Slip in all boxes being returned.
•    Send package to: Galls Returns Department, 1340 Russell Cave Road, Lexington, KY 40505

NOTE:  There are no restocking fees involved in this specific uniform program. Returns will not be accepted on any Merchandise that has been abused or has not been cared for in accordance with care labels. Customer shall be responsible for the cost of return shipment unless the reason for the return is due to an error on Galls part or because Merchandise is damaged or defective within the first 60 days after shipment. You MUST obtain a RMA number prior to shipping. Unmarked cartons will be refused without proper information.
